Service Description
She Boxes is a group boxing program for women to reduce stress, support cognition, build strength, fitness, power & coordination. This is a six week program from 1 March - 12 April (no session on Good Friday) Boxing gloves & pads supplied in sessions. Cost includes a new set of boxing wraps & cotton inners for you to keep.
